1. Open the plastic packaging bag at one end of the foldable filter cartridge socket, check the O-ring (or gasket), clean it properly, and then place the sealing port of the filter cartridge correctly in the sealing groove.
2. Wet the O-ring (or gasket) with process liquid (such as water).
3. Using plastic packaging bags as protection, grasp the end of the filter near the socket and firmly press the filter into the positioning hole of the housing.
4. Remove the plastic bag from the outer packaging, cover it with the upper head, and tighten the lifting ring and compression bolt.
5. Open the vent valve at the top of the casing.
6. Slightly open the inlet valve to allow liquid to enter the casing.
7. Fill the casing with liquid until it overflows from the vent valve and close the vent valve.
8. Slowly open the downstream outlet valve until it is fully opened.
9. Slowly and completely open the inlet valve.
10. Wash every 10 "filter element with a flow rate of 250L/for 5-10 minutes.
11. The folding filter element should not be subjected to excessive flow impact, nor should it be compressed in the opposite direction.
12. If the pressure difference filtered is greater than 0.15Mpa or the flow rate significantly decreases, it indicates that the filter element is blocked. Loosen the lifting ring and tighten the bolt, open the filter head, and remove the filter element with 0.2Mpa
